A luminous, angelic vision of emergence and renewal, Despertares Emergentes reveals Juan Antonio Guirado’s gift for transforming light into spiritual emotion. Painted during his mature period, the work captures the moment the soul awakens—rising from darkness into illumination.
This piece was exhibited in 2011 at Out of Darkness Comes Light at London’s Sanctum Soho Hotel, and later featured in the 2017 VR immersion ReBirth by FLOAT, as part of the digital Guirado Universe. It also continues to appear in the Art of Zen immersive experience ReBirth – Out of Darkness Comes Light, where Guirado’s visionary imagery is used for meditation and sound therapy.
